The crash was reported at 12:39 a.m. on Laguna Honda Boulevard just before it turns into Seventh Avenue north of the Laguna Honda Reservoir, according to police.
A vehicle was traveling north on Laguna Honda when the driver went over the center divider and struck a southbound vehicle.
A female in one of the cars was taken to San Francisco General Hospital with life-threatening injuries, while two men ages 22 and 26 were taken to the hospital and are expected to survive, police said.
