A 24-year-old man was found dead from head trauma in a home in San Francisco’s Visitacion Valley neighborhood on Friday and police are considering the case a homicide, a police spokeswoman said today.
The victim, identified by the medical examiner’s office as San Francisco resident Marcus Douglas, was found dead by officers responding at 5:08 p.m. Friday to a home in the 1500 block of Sunnydale Avenue, police spokeswoman Officer Grace Gatpandan said.
The case was ruled a homicide by the medical examiner but the cause of Douglas’ death has not been determined, Gatpandan said.
No suspect information was immediately available in connection with the death, she said.
