One person was injured Thursday when their golf cart plunged down an embankment at a golf course in the Coyote Valley area of southeastern San Jose, according to a fire dispatcher.
San Jose fire received a call at 12:03 p.m. at the Cinnabar Hills Golf Club at 23600 McKean Road about a person injured on the course, the dispatcher said.
The person suffered minor injuries after going down the embankment, according to the dispatcher.
A Cinnabar Hills employee confirmed that the accident occurred at the club today but declined to comment.
