A suspect threw several guns out the window of a moving vehicle during a pursuit in the Half Moon Bay area this afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The pursuit occurred after the driver failed to yield to a traffic stop, according to CHP Officer Art Montiel.
The scene was still active as of 2:50 p.m., Montiel said, but further details about the vicinity and circumstances of the chase were not immediately available.
