In fact, you wouldn’t have to offer large salaries. In this, we’re taking the more realistic approach of big salaries, though also assuming that the Raiders get the first visit from big ticket free agents.
From a cap perspective, this chart is fairly accurate. From a visits look, it’s not too far off either. But that’s the trickier part.
