The collision was reported at 3:37 p.m. at 32nd Street and San Pablo Avenue, according to police.

One pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition, police said Friday evening.

Police said the vehicle appeared to have been traveling north on San Pablo Avenue toward Emeryville at the time of the collision.
