Guns kill two in Bayview Tuesday

San Francisco police are investigating two homicides in the city’s Bayview District Tuesday evening, a police spokeswoman said.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1200 block of Revere Street around 4:15 p.m., San Francisco police Sgt. Monica MacDonald said. Arriving officers located one person suffering from gunshot wounds who died of their injuries, she said.

A short time later, officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 200 block of Bayshore Boulevard, MacDonald said. The victim in the second shooting also succumbed to their injuries, she said. No further details were immediately available.
