Pair hit by car on El Camino Real
Two people were injured when they were hit by a car in South San Francisco early this morning, police said.

The collision happened around 6:40 a.m. when two pedestrians were crossing El Camino Real together south of South Spruce Avenue and struck by the car, police said.
The pedestrians were transported to a hospital for treatment of their injuries, according to police.
The driver stayed at the scene and was cooperative with investigators, police said.
El Camino Real was blocked at South Spruce Avenue for 25 minutes while police investigated the collision.
