A vigil marking the murder of 12 people at the offices of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo is scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the French consulate general in San Francisco.
UPDATE 7:54 p.m. Hundreds say ‘Je Suis Charlie’ in San Francisco.The consulate is located at 88 Kearny St., Suite 600. Organizers are asking participants to bring a pen to symbolize the fact that Charlie Hebdo fought for freedom with ink, not blood.
