A man wearing a burlap cloth over his face attacked a woman in Millbrae on Monday morning and pulled her shorts down while she was jogging, San Mateo County sheriff’s officials said Tuesday.
The woman was running near Murchison Drive and Valencia Avenue around 10 a.m. when the man ran up behind her and pulled her shorts down, sheriff’s officials said. The man then fled east down Murchison Drive.
The suspect was described as a male around 5 feet 9 inches tall and 180 pounds, of an unknown age and race. He was wearing blue jeans, a heavy brown jacket and a burlap cloth that covered his face and head.
