Valencia Street is closed to all vehicle, pedestrian and bicycle traffic due to an officer-involved shooting at the Mission District police station this evening, police said.
Valencia Street is blocked off between 17th and 19th streets until further notice, police said.
Motorists, pedestrians and bicyclists should avoid the area.
