Woman found in outlet mall parking lot dies

A woman who was injured in a suspicious incident at an outlet mall parking lot last week in Livermore died Tuesday, police said.

Arizona resident Marjorie Hillerman, 61, was found injured and lying on the ground unconscious in the Livermore Premium Outlets parking lot, located at 2774 Paragon Outlets Drive, at 12:15 p.m. on Dec. 9, said Officer Steve Goard.

Detectives still don’t know how she was injured, Goard said. Livermore police initially publicized her death with the hope that leads would follow but Goard said they have yet to receive any responses, Goard said:

“We were hoping the public had heard something or saw something but we have gotten nothing in response. … We have no leads and no new information. The only thing that has changed is that unfortunately, she has passed away.”

Police said officers did receive information from the public regarding a white four-door sedan that was seen leaving the area around the same time as the incident.

Anyone with information is urged to call Detective Glen Robbins at (925) 294-9585.
