Police responded to Lafayette Park at 4 p.m. Friday and said the victim was assaulted in a public restroom.
Police described the suspect as a white man, roughly 30-40 years old, 5-feet 11-inches tall, with brown eyes.
Police said he was last seen wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt with gray and black letters on the front, blue jeans, and green, black and white tennis shoes.
The man was last seen fleeing on foot towards Washington and Gough streets, police said.
