Yolanda Carroll, 53, was last seen near the restroom by the “F” dock at the San Leandro Marina around 10 p.m. when she walked away from a family member, police Lt. Randall Brandt said.
She is described as a black woman standing about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds with slightly gray dark hair, according to police.
Carroll was last seen wearing a purple shirt and jeans, police said.
Her family members said she has the mental capacity of a younger teenager and is not familiar with public transportation, according to Brandt.
