A Petaluma man who told police he wanted to be arrested got his wish Monday evening when he was caught running naked down the street.
Kip Burr, 44, was spotted by citizens around 6:30 p.m. in the area of Pheasant and Crinella drives, Petaluma police Sgt. Andrew Urton said.
Burr was on probation and was booked into Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of disorderly conduct and violating his probation, Urton said. Burr allegedly admitted he was running in the buff so he would be arrested, Urton said.
