Police and firefighters responded around 11:40 p.m., but it was difficult to access and remove the body until Sunday morning, Sgt. Ed Crosby said.
Police have made a preliminary identification of the man but will not release it or a cause of death until an autopsy Tuesday and notification of the next of kin, Crosby said.
