An 11-year-old child was injured in a collision with a taxi near Caltrain's 22nd Street station
An 11-year-old child was injured in a collision with a taxi near Caltrain’s 22nd Street station in San Francisco Sunday afternoon, a police spokesman said.
Officers responded to the collision at 22nd Street and Pennsylvania Avenue around 4:45 p.m., Officer Gordon Shyy said. The child was on a bicycle at the time of the collision, Shyy said.
The taxi driver stayed at the scene and was cooperative with police, he said.
The child was transported to San Francisco General Hospital for injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening, according to Shyy.
