Amtrak’s Capitol Corridor is expected to return to normal service Monday morning as Northern California commuters get back to work after this weekend’s earthquake.
Capitol Corridor trains resumed operation Sunday evening with some delays and cancellations as a result of the 6.0-magnitude earthquake near American Canyon early Sunday morning.
Limited service between Sacramento and Oakland began Sunday afternoon after crews inspected tracks and rights-of-way for possible damage, according to Amtrak.
