Police investigated the killing of a man in San Francisco’s Mission District late Friday night, a police spokesman said.
At about 9:50 p.m., San Francisco police responded to a report of an unresponsive man in the 2900 block of 16th Street between Guerrero and Valencia streets, San Francisco police spokesman Albie Esparza said.
Arriving paramedics pronounced the man deceased at the scene, Esparza said.
Investigators are urging anyone with information about the homicide to contact SFPD at (415) 575-4444 anonymously or text-a-tip to TIP411 with SFPD at the start of the message.
