Three fugitives caught hiding in Petaluma home

Police located three men with active warrants hiding out in the nooks and crannies of a house in Petaluma on Friday.

According to Petaluma police, officers went to a home in the 1600 block of Weaverly Drive at about 5 p.m. Friday to locate Kyle Richardson, 42, of Petaluma. Richardson had an active warrant from Sonoma County for $5,000 for driving on a suspended license.

During a search of the residence, police located Richardson and two other Petaluma men with active warrants hiding inside the house.

Police said Christopher Timm, 27, was located in the attic crawl space above the garage, and Dairn Sheehy, 23, was found in a small utility closet in the garage.

Timm has four active warrants for narcotics violations from Sonoma County with bail at $12,500. Sheehy has a $10,000 warrant from Napa County for possession of a controlled substance, according to police.

Richardson was released on a citation to appear in court, while Timm and Sheehy were booked into Sonoma County Jail.
