A man killed in a triple shooting in San Francisco’s Bayview District on Monday evening has been identified, according to the medical examiner’s office.
Antonio Turner, 19, of San Francisco, died at San Francisco General Hospital following a shooting reported at 5:13 p.m. in the 1400 block of Palou Avenue.
Turner was one of three victims hit near the area of Palou Avenue and Keith Street by an unknown male suspect who opened fire from a passing car. The suspect has not yet been arrested, according to police.
Turner was pronounced dead at the hospital after suffering a gunshot wound to the chest. Another victim, a 24-year-old woman, was found at the scene with a gunshot wound to her buttocks. She is expected to survive her injuries, police said.
A third victim arrived at the hospital after being driven there by witnesses. The shooting remains under investigation, according to police.
