The San Jose Sharks made another handful of cuts to their roster on Sunday, reassigning seven more players to minor league camp.
The team announced the following players will be sent to the Worcestor Sharks of the AHL: Forwards Curt Gogol, Eriah Hayes, Brodie Reid, Rylan Schwartz and Daniil Tarasov, defenseman Sena Acolaste, and goaltender Troy Grosenick.
Sunday continued to be busy as they also announced that rookie defenseman Mirco Mueller has been signed to an entry-level contract. Mueller was selected 18th overall in the first round of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
Team Teal is now down to a 36-man preseason roster following a 3-2 overtime victory over the Phoenix Coyotes on Saturday night. They continue preseason play on Tuesday night against the Vancouver Canucks.
The AHL Worcester Sharks begin training camp Monday.
