The San Francisco Bulls might still be piecing together their 2013-2014 roster, but that hasn’t stopped a few already-signed players from getting a coveted call-up to the AHL.
The team announced via press release on Friday that seven members of the Bulls roster have been invited to attend the Worcester Sharks training camp.
The list of players set to attend the AHL camp, which opens Monday, are: Forwards Kris Belan, Christian Ouellet, Brett Findlay, Danick Paquette and Luke Judson, defenseman Josh Kidd, and goaltender Tyler Beskorowany.
Bulls president and head coach Pat Curcio expressed how pleased he was with the call-ups:
“Having seven players begin the season at an AHL camp shows the high quality of talent we can expect on our team this season… Furthermore, our relationship with the Sharks organization is continuing to strengthen. We hope all seven players perform well at the camp before the start of the season.”
Bulls training camp opens at the Cow Palace Saturday, October 5. Their first exhibition game is set for October 10 with a scheduled 7:30 p.m. puck drop.
