As the countdown to the November 8 home opener winds down, the San Francisco Bulls have announced the return of forward Christian Ouellet for the 2013-2014 season.
Ouellet came to the Bulls from the ECHL Gwinnett Gladiators in a mid-season trade for then-Bulls captain Justin Bowers.
Ouellet tallied 25 points (9 goals, 16 assists) in 35 regular season games with the Bulls, as well as three assists in the first round of playoffs against the Alaska Aces.
Ouellet will start training camp in Massachusetts with the Worecestor Sharks, the Bulls’ AHL affiliate, but expressed excitement in being reunited with his former Bulls teammates:
“I’m happy to be returning. … I’m excited to be back playing with Scotty (Langdon), Kris (Belan) and Dylan (King) if I don’t make Worcester.”
