With pants pulled down to the thighs and shirt rolled up to his chest, Carlos Tellez was allegedly masturbating inside his car as he tried to get the attention of children trick or treating.
According to KTVU, the Alameda County Sheriff’s deputies found the man on Mateo Street and Green Court in San Leandro around 10:30 p.m. after responding to a report.
Tellez, who had been placed under citizen’s arrest by a passerby, sat exposed in his gold 1998 Mazda Protégé and was detained without incident.
According to authorities, the Livermore Valley Charter Prepatory art teacher said he was simply trying to relax after a stressful day of teaching. Ick.
