Burning Man 2012 is of course still underway, and spectacular images are starting to roll in from Black Rock City in the northern Nevada desert.
Venture capitalist, entrepeneur and generous Creative Commons photographer Steve Jurvetson uploaded a series of pretty amazing photos from the first few days of Burning Man.
Thanks to Steve and Mike Connor for their images in this slideshow, and for bringing the rest of us just a little bit closer to the Playa.
Burning Man runs through Sept. 3, Labor Day. The tell-tale dusty-white vehicles will start to pepper city streets any day now.
